To establish Western New Mexico University’s policy on payment of additional compensation to eligible employees.

This policy describes the payroll process as it covers the payroll schedules and payment methods for employees of WNMU. It is to help employees be aware of when and what they should expect on payday.

To ensure accurate record keeping and payroll processing, and to comply with Federal and State regulations and Labor Laws.

To create a supply of equipment that aligns with policies related to the Information Technology Department (ITD) and the associated purchase, support, safety, and disposition of said equipment.

To create and maintain as safe of an environment as possible for Western New Mexico University (WNMU) in regard to all computers connected to the WNMU network.

To create a responsible and safe environment for use of the product known as Mustang Express regardless of the source product name (e.g. mycampus, Experience, etc.).

To create a disposition environment that does not create a vulnerability in the access of data related to Western New Mexico University (WNMU) by unauthorized persons or entities.

To uniformly respond to current and past WNMU employees request for information.

The purpose of this policy is to define and maintain clear and consistent standards for faculty qualifications at Western New Mexico University (WNMU) in alignment with the credentialing guidelines of the Higher Learning Commission.
